There are two types of machineries according to different product features such as product acidity, product storage chain and product shelf life:
Aseptic stand up packaging: for a sterile product.
A laminated and printed reel is loaded on the left side of the equipment. This packaging material is unwinded and sanitized by hydrogen peroxide until achieving the premade pouch. This container is then rinsed by sterile air before being aseptically filled. The flexible pouch is finally sealed with its fitment on the top seam before being released on the production line for the secondary packaging.
A printed reel is loaded on the left side of the equipment. This packaging material is unwinded and either irradiated by ultra-violet or sanitized by hydrogen peroxide until achieving the premade pouch. This container is then maintained clean until being hygienically filled. The flexible pouch is finally sealed with its fitment on the top seam before being released on the production line for the secondary packaging.
